Born in South Africa, London based photographer Jess Segal developed a passion for her craft during her teenage years when she received a medium format film camera from her mum. This ignited a fascination with the profound ability of images to convey emotions without relying on words - a fundamental aspect that continues to shape Jess’s photographic work.

Jess’s love for analogue photography has led her to spend numerous hours of experimentation in the darkroom.

Jess spends most of her time between London and Cape Town, South Africa.
